reSource
is the name I have given to the combination of techniques I utilize while helping you to tap into your own body's wisdom. You are taught, in effect, to re-source yourself. As every wise person on the planet has known throughout the ages: all your answers are within you. You have only to remember how to source yourself to realize that you are infinitely wise and loving.
The feather light touch I employ will, in most cases will get to the source of your problems quickly and easily. As your therapist I will dialogue with you when a question, awareness or thought arises. You will be taught various ways to use your breath to support your journey. You will be guided into the incredible wonder of experiencing yourself as you are. You will be guided to find the answers within your self: your own truths. You will be given homework to expand and enhance the experience.
As your tissues release and relax, I will assist them as appropriate, with gentle massage. I am Reiki level III attuned so you also benefit from that in sessions.
You are body, mind and spirit and each needs to be respected because ultimately you are all one. Where your mind goes, your body follows as does spirit. Where your body goes, mind and spirit follow. Where spirit leads, your body and mind will follow. My work addresses the needs of all of you.
You will learn to experience the pleasure of deep relaxation and body awareness. You might consider this Life Enhancement 101. I will also teach you ways to work with your energy centers to enhance your health.
